eIntelli
eIntelli is an online proposal creation tool that is turning the sales industry on its head. Through a “Software as a Service” business model, the new online proposal tool makes the sales process easier by giving it a Web-based platform one can use to build sales proposals quickly and easily – proposals that are stunning, professional, user-friendly, and accessible anywhere.
Project Journal Entry- eIntelli has been different than any other project as it’s really a product and not a typical Web site or application. eIntelli hired us in a BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) model capacity and we were responsible for product research, product design, development and marketing. By the time we transferred ownership back to eIntelli, we had successfully gained more than 500 members – a true testament to our hybrid strengths of Technology and Marketing.
Ricochet Partners
Headquartered in Portland, OR, Ricochet builds strategically planned experiences that tell their clients’ stories through digital, traditional, viral, alternative and social media avenues.
Project Journal Entry- Ricochet came to us with an interesting challenge: To create a Flex-based calculator for one of their clients that’s to be run on both Web-based and offline environments. The most complex part of the calculator was the intricate calculations that needed to be implemented in the Flex framework. The end-user reports are displayed in pdf format. The offline version was built using Adobe AIR and packaged in Shu-player to avoid AIR installation on client PCs.
TrueValue Hardware
Headquartered in Chicago, TrueValue is one of the world’s largest member-owned hardware cooperatives, with more than 5,000 independent retailers.
Project Journal Entry- Working with another Chicago-based company is not the only reason we enjoyed working on this project. TrueValue needed an exciting way to present and market a new cutting-edge product. This marketing piece was developed to grasp and maintain the users attention as well as provide the right amount of information about the new product. Results are increased visibility in the marketplace and increased franchisee interest– all of which translated into a successful product launch.
Design & Click
Design & Click takes a whole new spin on the custom printing business with its new Web site. Instead of allowing customers to create their own unique design on a t-shirt or a mouse pad, Design & Click sell the entire designer tool module to be deployed as a separate e-commerce store. The buyers then repurpose and configure the store to their own personal settings and run an e-commerce t-shirt Web site of their own.
Project Journal Entry- The goal was to make this Web site as easy to use as possible. Equally important was the user interface of how to setup and configure a newly purchased store as well as the ability for a customer to manipulate images, text, and effects on the design canvas. The final result provided a streamlined solution for print shops that provided a large amount of flexibility and custom options without making it too complex for less web-experienced users. The client plans on adding new modules to the site as the site architecture was built to allow for future growth in mind.
Fibers
Headquartered in Sacramento, CA, Fibers is an innovative Web site that gives site users the opportunity to design and order customized products, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and a variety of other clothing items. With our revolutionary technology, each and every design on the site is customizable, allowing one the freedom to go with their own creative vision. From editing text and changing the image design and colors to resizing images and switching around elements, you can create a truly unique look for your desired product.

Declare IT
Everyone has goals and a start-up company, Declare-It, provides a service to help achieve those goals. Whether they are personal or professional goals, the sleek looking Web site lets you track your progress and display results graphically and analytically in real-time. Personal supporters can be added to follow your progress and various other features have been added to increase the probability of attaining your declared goals.
Project Journal Entry- Users of this site have to ability to create multiple declarations in all different areas of interest. A personal account allows a user to track their progress using a “live journal” and also lets them view images or comments that their supporters have left for them. Numerous alerts can be configured to let the user know of certain milestones and their progress can even be printed in PDF format. A SuperAdmin was created to allow for easy client management and customer support.

Project Journal Entry- Talking Funds is a powerful Flex and Cold Fusion application designed to meet the needs of everyone involved in the industry. It has amazing flexibility to personalize the content that you desire. It also has the added ability to embed the content in your own web sites, reports and applications. Talking Funds even includes Morningstars complete Qualitative Ratings. While we cannot take full credit for this project, we were honored that our RIA team played a leading part in its development and success.
DigiTrack

Digitrack is the technology solution dealerships use to gain a competitive advantage over their competition. DigiTrack is the automotive industry’s first Internet Lead Management (ILM) software solution integrated with Web 2.0 automated technology, streaming video and multi-channel communications. The features that make Digitrack the best solution include Lead Scoring, Voice Broadcast/Text Communication, Lead Orbiter, White Listed email server and DigiTracks sales match report.
Project Journal Entry- This unique software was developed in .Net utilizing Ajax and Silverlight to provide a rich Internet experience. One feature, the lead orbiter, employs patent-pending automated technology that manages and markets to thousands of Internet leads each month, using personalized communications with every lead, every time, every sale. Users have a very well designed dashboard to monitor their leads and act on them quickly with sophisticated communication tools. The Digitrack Sales Match Report identifies how many of your Internet leads bought a vehicle from your competitors and effectively measure your Internet department’s ROI using proprietary automotive data developed by R. L. Polk & Co. This was an amazing project and the owner was so thrilled with our work that he volunteered to record a personal video testimonial.
